I don't like any retextures of Magnus that I saw, so I created of my own.

I recommend to use it together with my "[url=https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/92410]Improved Effects[/url]". But if you wish, you can try to use it with any other weather mod or totally without of them.

The textures have a resolution of 2048*2048 pixels.

Powers: All powers are now lesser powers , cost nothing and can be used as many times as the player wants to, provided that the vampire has access to that power at their stage.
Base powers:
Vampiric drain: Costs no magicka and is stronger. Now drains 5/10/15/20 points of health from enemies at stage 1/2/3/4 respectively.
Vampire' sight: Lasts for 120 seconds.
Vampire's servant: Renamed as Vampire's reanimation. Reanimates a target for 120 seconds.
Vampire's seduction: Works upto level 20 target by default.
Embrace of shadows: Renamed as Vampire's shroud. Night eye effect is no longer present by default. Invisibility for 120 seconds.
Vampiric sun weakness: Health , stamina & magicka are reduced by 25/50/75/100 points and regenerate 25%/50%/75%/100% slower at stage 1/2/3/4 in mortal form.
Vampire lord sun weakness: Reduces health , stamina and magicka by 50 points and regeneration by 50%.
Vampire lord buffs: Gain 100/125/150/175/200/225/250 point bonus to Health , stamina , magicka and gain respective armor at level <=10/<=15/<=20/<=25/<=30/<=35/<=40/<=45-49/50+ respectively.
Mist form: Now gives 250 health , stamina and magicka regen for its duration.
No changes to fire/frost resistance.

Don't try to use vampire lord with less than 50 health in sunlight. You'll die.
Don't be at stage 4 in sunlight with maximum 100 or less health. You'll die.

Growing Familiar changes the spell from summoning a Wolf to Sabre Tiger that grows with player and gains stronger combat ability dependant on level. Familiar scales to 0.9 of player level, from 1 to 200 and has ability that gives him slight healing ability and small magic resistance, increased damage and armor based on level starting from 1-15 to 16-30 to 31-45 to 46-60 to 61-75 and 76+ making Sabre Tiger engine of destruction that is able to keep up with endgame Dragonborn.


Conjure Familiar spell is strange because it gets overwritten or broken by pretty much any other mod, even one that doesn't touch spell itself, so for it to work properly it needs to be placed absolutely last in load order, below even bashed patch, ASIS or scripts like Health offset remover.esp then it works beautifuly.

Huger Breasts Bodyslide Preset

This is a preset for Bodyslide with huge breasts. A character's weight changes the breasts. At the lowest they are smaller and perky and at the highest the women are larger all around with saggier breasts. You need Bodyslide, Calientes Beautiful Bodies Edition -CBBE-, and Remodeled Armor for CBBE Bodyslide TBBP HDT installed before you install this. You will also need whatever mods they need to work.

 With Mod Organizer do not install it like a mod. Use Windows Explorer to open the file with a program like Winzip. Go to your Skyrim/Mod Organizer folder and extract it there. If it asks to overwrite files select yes. If you use Nexus Mod Manager just install like a normal mod. (Might work on Mod Organizer but it's been so long since I used it I don't remember). I went through all the clothes and fixed most of the clipping with Body Slide. There is Body Slide preset you can use for different custom body slide content.

If you want to use this or any bodyslide preset with a custom follower with their own body shape go to your  The Elder Scrolls V Skyrim Legendary Edition\Data\meshes\actors\character\character assets\ folder and find femalebody_0 and femalebody_1. Those files are the naked body you use in your game. Copy those and paste them into folder your custom character has those files. For example the Daenerys Follower it can be found in   The Elder Scrolls V Skyrim Legendary Edition\Data\meshes\actors\character\Daenerys Follower\Body\

[color=#ffd966]While testing a follower in my upcoming tavern mod "Whispering Pine Inn" I came across this ledge overlooking the valley of hot springs and a fantastic view of half a score waterfalls. It was begging for a player home to be build there and I opted for a humble log cabin.

The cabin is located along the path to Northwind Mine through which you can reach a word wall and Dragon layer; the steep path branches off the eastern road winding up from Eastmarch towards the Rift.
Once you get there it has everything you need, a cozy living space with room to stay with one follower max, lots of labeled storage in custom containers and a full basement with every crafting station except a smelter. (because there is one a short way up the path in the mine) The interior has navmesh and a follower will follow into the cellar; there is a cot there as an option. 

Outside spectacular views are all around and a lush herb and flower garden hugs a rocky basin; behind the cabin a small dam caught rainwater to form a pond you can wash in and get your water supply. (with the right mods)  

Not intended as your main residence, rather a home away from home just a tiny cozy rest spot or a hideaway. 
The name when you enter just says "Northwind Cabin" but that name was already taken so I had to adjust the mod title, hence the hunters addition.
I hope you enjoy your stay.

Installation:
Use a mod manager of your choice and make sure the activation tab is checked, or manually open the zip folder and drop contents into your Data folder, make sure mod is checked in your load order. 
There are no known conflicts unless you have a mod that alters the exact same location.

Save Manager Tool

Save Manager is a tool that lets you easily and quickly backup and load different characters and saves. Backing up works by going through your current saves folder and copying everything and putting it into a backup folder that is named after the character (and race if you so choose so). Loading works by allowing you to choose any one of your backups and copy pasting them into your current folder. The program will tell you exactly what it is going to do with everything so there is no chance that it will ruin any of your saves. It also does nothing in the background and only operates when you tell it to. I made it to be as clear as possible. Backing up and loading can take a while if you have a lot of save files.

Holds The City Overhaul

Holds is a city overhaul project which focuses on what I think are the weaknesses of Skyrim compared to the older Elder Scrolls titles. The mod expands upon the cities of Skyrim and adds more settlements, architecture, outfits, books and named characters with their own backgrounds, homes and daily routines while ensuring they feel natural and realistic.
 
Falkreath, Winterhold, Morthal and Dawnstar have been rebuilt from scratch with their own unique designs. The mod also adds a bundle of new settlements like Amber Guard and Black Moor. Most of these new settlements have been placed far out of the way and hidden from view to not ruin the expansive wilderness theme of the game. The aim of all of this is to create a more memorable and diverse experience, making the cities actually feel like cities hopefully without ruining the natural and realistic design of the vanilla game.
 
This is not a botanical garden mod, nor is it a beautification mod. Holds aims to stay as lore-friendly as possible and at the same time expand on the backgrounds and stories for its locations.
 
I started working on this project late November 2012 and have devoted averagely two hours a day to the creation kit. One of the reasons I felt this project was necessary was the announcement of various modding projects adding new content to the game. The problem, for me was how expansive their cities looked compared to the cities in Skyrim. Coming into Skyrim from Oblivion I was expecting there to be a 'Better Cities' mod available early on, but there wasn't and I missed the features the Oblivion City Overhaul brought to the game.
 
The mod adds a variety of new books written by myself and Alfredasl which attempts to flesh out the land and history of Skyrim. They are spread to three locations: the Book Store in Falkreath, the Haafingar Library in Solitude and The Palace of Kings Library in Windhelm.
 
Any criticism, questions, and help will be greatly appreciated, even the criticism. However I will have to ask that you make constructive criticism; your opinion does matter and could very well inspire me to make changes, however I have designed this project with myself in mind.

Installation and Requirements[/u][/b]

Make sure that you have a stable and performance friendly game.

It is higly recommended to install ENBoost. Holds uses a lot of memory and might crash unless ENBoost is installed.

I advice installing the mod manually. I have no experience with the mod installer tools and therefor I cannot be much help, and there have been reported many problems from mod users when installing with these tools. What is important is that Holds is loaded last, the only thing that should be loaded after Holds.esp should be its compatibility patches and alternative performance patches. So an example:

Here's something that can help people finally get rid of their crashes while using skse and sheson memory patch!

add to your description for people to create a shortcut, and right click it to properties to add -forcesteamloader to the path

so it looks like this:
"C/users/blah/desktop/skse_loader.exe" -forcesteamloader

"I just did this and I'm roaming around solitude crash free upon npc load! and my cells load quicker than before!"



Install the meshes and textures from 'Winter Is Coming - Cloaks' by Nivea. You do not need the esp, but you do need the meshes and textures. Give her an endorsement while you are at it.

Now install Holds into your data folder. Make sure you have compatibility for the mods you suspect would conflict with Holds, see the map on the description page if your unsure, the red marked area's are altered by the mod. Make sure that Holds is at the very bottom of your load order, and that your compatibility patches are beneath the Holds.esp. Now activate Holds and whatever compatibility patches you choose to use in your load order and launch the game. Any problems you encounter can be discussed here on the mod discussion panel, or reported in the bug report panel.

It is advisable to start a new game after installing Holds to avoid annoyances such as the game remembering a bed at a certain location which leaves it stuck in a wall or- something because Holds changes the location.

A: Report the bug in the bug panel. And I will see what I can do.

Q: This mod makes my frame-rate drop at 'X' location(s).
A: This can be fixed by:

1: Unchecking ObjectPostProcessing in your ENB, and lowering your ENB quality. Seriously don't have your game looking like you've lost your contact lenses, its not good for your eyes and not good for your performance.

2: Evaluating your choice of texture and meshes. This is purely subjective as I use as much 4k resolution textures as I can and have an average 57-60fps even in the heaviest area's (Falkreath, Solitude harbor). This depends completely on the quality of your computer and is something your going to have to figure out how to deal with on your own. Alternatively I could be persuaded to create a performance version of Holds.

Q: I crash instantly at 'X' location. What do I do?
A: Report it in the bug panel and make sure you include a list of your Skyrim Load-list, and I will see what I can do.

Q: Is 'X' compatible with Holds?

This mod originally started as a script edit to All Geared Up (AGU) to change the default slots so I wouldn't have to do it manually when I started a new playthrough. It has since evolved into the most feature-rich Unequipped-Weapons-on-the-Back mod on the Nexus.

• Weapons can be patched automatically through the xEdit Script, or by following the instructions in the tutorial images or readme. Instructions for Left-hand meshes and SE Bows are not available, as fixing the vertex data manually is far too time-consuming.

This allows for compatibility with Cloaks, Backpacks, Left-hand Rings, and Bandolier's Torso & Waist equipment (except side-hip).
You can see in the screenshots that it's possible to assign each weapon to their own slot and have everything appear.

0. Install the latest version of xEdit
1. Use a mod manager to install AllGUD SE.
2. Install preferred skeleton mod. Not compatible with vanilla skeleton.
If weapons appear at your character's feet, run the AllGUD Skeleton
Patcher.
3. Install and run the AllGUD Mesh Generator script through xEdit. (Now supports .bsa archives) Patch vanilla replacers by running
through Mod Manager and selecting Skyrim.esm or the DLC .esm's. Consult
the readme that comes with the scripts if you need help.
