Mod zmienia Akademię w Zimowej Twierdzy w prawdziwą magiczną potęgę. Dodaje i zmienia wiele różnych przedmiotów, urządzeń, lokacji i ksiąg, ulepsza magiczne zdolności członków Akademii oraz wprowadza możliwość rzeczywistego  uczenia się magii od mistrzów.

[b][color=#00ff00]Członkowie Akademii:[/color][/b]

Każda osoba będzie miała poziom bardziej adekwatny do wiedzy i rzeczywistego doświadczenia, będzie też posiadać dostęp do zaklęć zgodnych z poziomem i obszarem badań. Jeżeli chodzi o zaklęcia ofensywne, to członkowie Akademii teraz będą specjalizować się tylko w jednym żywiole (np. ogień), oraz w większym zakresie będą korzystać ze szkoły przywołania. Wszyscy członkowie Akademii uczęszczają na poranne lekcje, które odbywają się w Komnacie Żywiołów, a po południu udają się do Arcaneum lub do swoich komnat.

Nauczyciele sprzedają teraz zaopatrzenie zaklinacza, natomiast nowa postać sprzedaje składniki alchemiczne. Jeśli nie chcesz być dalej Arcymagiem, to możesz przekazać ten tytuł Tolfdirowi – po prostu z nim porozmawiaj (jeśli to nie działa, to można to ustawić w menu MCM). Po skończonych lekcjach i w czasie wolnym członkowie Akademii zbierają się w Komnacie Żywiołów, gdzie wspólnie spożywają posiłki ( w południe i o 18:00).

Tam przeprowadzane są magiczne badania i eksperymenty. Dodano i zmieniono wiele przedmiotów.
 
[color=#00ff00][b]Komnata Osiągnięć:
[/b][/color]
Pokoje mieszkalne zostały spersonalizowane i dodano do nich wiele nowych przedmiotów. Dla użytkowników korzystających z modów bazujących na przetrwaniu dodano miejsce do przygotowywania posiłków, a wcześniej zagracone pomieszczenie zostało oczyszczone, aby zapewnić kompatybilność z Spell Crafting Mod. Dodano nowe pomieszczenie w piwnicy, które dedykowane jest w głównej mierze alchemikom.

[/color][/b]
Oryginalne Arcaneum było raczej prywatną kolekcją ksiąg niż główną biblioteką prowincji. Dodano zatem więcej regałów, które mogą zostać zapełnione przez twoje księgi, miejsca składowania map i artefakty, które można badać i rozwijać swoją wiedzę. Dodano także nowe piętro z wieloma akcesoriami
pasującymi do biblioteki. Teraz członkowie akademii spędzają też więcej czasu na nauce.
 
[b][color=#00ff00]Komnata Żywiołów:
[/color][/b]
Dodano nowe piętro, przesunięto kilka przedmiotów i dodano dodatkowe oświetlenie. Teraz co rano odbywają się tu lekcje, których biorą udział wszyscy członkowie Akademii. Poprzez uczestnictwo w tych zajęciach możesz zyskać dodatkowe doświadczenie, ale tylko do tego poziomu, do którego mógłbyś nauczyć się od danego nauczyciela w tradycyjny sposób (można to zmienić w menu MCM). Po zajęciach i wieczorami członkowie Akademii będę się zbierać na dodatkowym piętrze, gdzie wspólnie będą spożywali posiłki.
 
[b][color=#00ff00]Kwatera Arcymaga:
[/color][/b]
Ulepszone stanowiska pracy, nowe miejsce do przygotowywania posiłków i biurko Mistrza Akademii. Miejsce zostało oczyszczone z niepotrzebnych przedmiotów, a w ich miejsce wstawione regały, manekiny oraz stojaki na broń i inne przedmioty. Większość roślin została przeniesiona do nowego miejsca – Lustratorium.  W Kwaterach znajdziesz działający zegar, który bije w południe. Zegar wskazuje rzeczywistą porę (godzinę, dzień tygodnia, miesiąc i rok). Tykanie zegara można wyłączyć w menu MCM. Dodano też inspirowaną Harrym Potterem Myślodsiewnię, za pomocą której możesz podejrzeć co aktualnie dzieje się w Akademii i w komnatach Jarlów z całego Skyrim. Pojemniki zostały oskryptowane i umożliwiają opcjonalną automatyczny system przechowywania i kategoryzacji przedmiotów. Możliwy jest także automatyczny dostęp  do składników alchemicznych i magicznych z różnych miejsc w Skyrim. Te opcje można zmienić przez menu MCM. 
 
[b][color=#00ff00]Sanktuarium w Akademii:
[/color][/b]
Nowe pomieszczenie znajdujące się na szczycie wieży w Akademii, do którego można dostać się tylko za pomocą teleportu. Pomieszczenie do staje się dostępne po zakończeniu głównej ścieżki związanej z Akademią. Jest to miejsce, w którym możesz przechowywać Daedryczne Artefakty, Szpony i inne cenne przedmioty. Znajdują się tam przezroczyste okna, więc można obserwować rzeczywistą pogodę. Opcje okien można zmienić w menu MCM.

[/color][/b]
Tu rozpoczyna się nowe zadanie związane z Ruinami Zimowej Twierdzy, które pojawi się w dzienniku zaraz po wejściu do Midden, o ile ukończone zostały zadania związane z Akademią i główne zadanie Budzenie smoka. Nowe zadanie i podziemia mogą zostać dezaktywowane w menu MCM, ale jeśli zrobisz to w trakcie trwania zadania, to nie będzie możliwości powrotu. W Midden znajdziesz też akcesoria kowalskie, które są pozostałościami po Starej Zimowej Twierdzy, więc możliwe jest tworzenie przedmiotów bez konieczności oddalania się od Akademii. Dodano też stylizowany na Oblivion ołtarz, który pozwala stworzyć pusty czarny kamień. Można to zrobić po północy, kiedy panuje Cień Ożywieńca (co 8 dni).

Będąc Arcymagiem możesz aktywować punkt ogniskujący znajdujący się na moście, aby rzucić zaklęcie naprawiające most (tę akcję możesz w każdej chwili cofnąć poprzez ponowne rzucenie zaklęcia). Dodano więcej zasp śnieżnych i efektów świetlnych na ścianach oraz silniejszy wiatr na moście. Jedna z wież została zmieniona w obserwatorium astronomiczne z działającym teleskopem. Urag i Arniel czasami przychodzą tam w nocy. Wcześniej puste miejsce na placu zajmuje teraz Lustratorium.

[b]Lustratorium i Subterrarium:

W Lustratorium znajdują się z botaniczne okazy. Budynek składa się z dwóch  skrzydeł: wysokogórskie,gdzie posadzone są rośliny wymagające chłodnego klimatu i tropikalne, gdzie znajdziesz te z cieplejszych rejonów. Połączone są one siecią podziemnych tuneli, czyli  Subterrarium. Dodano nowego, w pełni ugłosowionego alchemika, który zajmuje się owymi kolekcjami. Przejrzystość Lustratorium może zostać zmienione w menu MCM.

Czasami po zainstalowaniu moda niektóre postacie mogą być nagie. Aby to naprawić, otwórz konsolę, zaznacz nagą postać i wpisz ResetInventory

This mod adds the ability to quickly create hordes of animals with the scrolls found in the Noble Chest or with the animals (5, 15, 50, 100 ...MORE ? ... Be careful with the number of animals as it can freeze your game !).

To obtain these creatures, simply use scrolls found in the chest or with the animals. Now open up your inventory, navigate to "Scrolls" and there they are. You throw them and when they hit the ground they hatch into animals …

If you have any problem with the dialog box, or if telling the follower to return at home doesn't dismiss him, or if you have lost the active follower, you can try this:

Type “²” or "`" or "~" key to get into console, and type:

set playeranimalcount to 0

With Amazing Follower Tweaks , or other mod with followers, if problem to dismiss the followers, you can uncheck this mod (AFT or other) when you launch the game

If problem with the Dialog Box of the followers/ companions (Wait - Follow - Trade - Favor - Dismiss) you can also enter / exit a house or make a fast travel

For all the effort put into designing the world, [i]The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim[/i] was sorely lacking in other areas, most notably quest design and how bland the writing was. Conversations exist as an exposition dump with no personality; only one or two options that lead to the same outcome or information. There were no meaningful choices for the player, no "voice" to each option in dialogue that allowed the player to build who [i]they[/i] wanted to be in a given situation, only what Bethesda wanted you to know, where to go and what to do when you got there.

Well, it's time to change that.

The successor to the original mod for [i]Divinity: Original Sin II[/i], CoT adds new characters to the world, each of them with their own distinct personality and conversations that can branch off in a number of ways. As a tribute to old-school RPGs, Citizens is a passion project I have been working on in my spare time and adds some much needed life to Skyrim's NPCs, not to mention giving the player - at long last - the chance to actually [i]roleplay[/i] and develop their character in dialogue.

The mod pays homage to the likes of [i]Baldur's Gate[/i], [i]Fallout[/i], [i]Divinity[/i], [i]KotOR, Dragon Age[/i], [i]VtMB[/i] and more - the games (and genre) I love. Each of the characters in Citizens acts as an "easter egg" of sorts, unmarked and hidden away in the world for you to find naturally while playing. This will, in turn, hopefully provide that feeling of discovery and that you've come across something special, not just been forced into talking to them.

Each of the conversations are essentially character studies, allowing the player to come to their own conclusion about the themes or events being explored in dialogue without being explicitly told what to think or railroaded into a choice. Some encounters might be comical, some of them might be deadly serious, but ultimately how you react to them and how they progress is up to you.

After all, that's what roleplaying is about: choice and consequence. Though the mod may be small, the goal is to make the world feel more alive through these characters and your experience while playing through it all the more meaningful. Each of them has lived an actual life, they have motivations and flaws... ultimately Citizens is about coming into contact with other [i]people[/i] in the context of the world, not robots, and exploring what they have to talk about.

Of course, writing can only be as good as the voice acting it relies upon and that works both ways. One of the main goals was to ensure that the quality of the voice acting was the best it could be for [i]every[/i] character. Each NPC has been brought to life by a talented group of voice actors both new and experienced in the community.

[b]Manual[/b]
1. Download the archive and extract the files to a location of your choice.
2. Put everything into ../SteamApps/common/Skyrim/Data and make sure to preserve the folder structure.
3. You should be good to go. To uninstall, just remove the same files.

[/b]Same as usual. Install/uninstall is automated.

The mod was tested extensively before release and it's relatively straightforward with minimal scripting or bloat. If you have encounter any problems, please make a post that details the issue. [i]In the case of how it works alongside other mods, I can't help you with individual load orders so the mod is provided as-is.[/i]

[i]The audio files are as loud as they can be without affecting quality. If, for some reason, voices are too quiet on your speakers, go to ../Documents/My Games/Skyrim/SkyrimPrefs.ini and under [AudioMenu] is fval1 = 1.0000. This works as a percentage, so change it as needed.[/i]

Citizens has, first and foremost, been written as a meaningful exploration of a variety of characters. As a result of this, it explores some themes, topics and events that might make some people uncomfortable. If this is the case for you, please exit the conversation at your own discretion.

I would like to stress that there is a world of difference between writing a fictional character that holds certain views or giving the player a certain option and condoning those views or actions myself. This is a work of fiction and should be taken as such.

I believe that all the content in the mod has been handled in a mature and respectful way. Setting up characters to act as a foil of sorts and the nature of branching, multiple choice dialogue allows the player to make up their own mind and explore the issues at hand without being forced into a particular view or path.

And that, after all, is what role-playing is about: allowing the player to explore morality and complex themes to develop their character and place within the world. Thank you for checking out Citizens of Tamriel and I hope you enjoy playing it.

Ever got to the end of a dungeon and have been disappointed that almost every unique, named draugr boss has the same appearance? Never thought it made sense for ages old draugr to be shambling about with pristine newer iron shields? [i]Briraka's Draugr Overhaul[/i] is just what you need, my friend.

Almost every named draugr boss has been given a more unique appearance, both in accordance with the lore provided in game and to provide general diversity in draugr boss looks, while sticking to mostly vanilla sensibilities. Regular draugr now carry rusted iron shields that better match their armor, higher level draugr use stahlrim equipment instead of ebony, and the dented iron shield found on hulking draugr introduced in the Dragonborn DLC now has it's own unique texture and mesh(courtesy of Gojirex's [i]Actually Dented Dented Iron Shield[/i]).

For further details, refer to the readme.txt in the mod folder.

If you are upgrading from the 1.0 version, you MUST start a new game, or else thing won't work as intended.

BRING ON 2021 FOR THE NEW HE-MAN MOVIE <3

Masters Of The Universe is a blend of sci fi future tech mixed perfectly with barbarian Fantasy Magical feel world.

This is my first true mod done on creation kit so im sure some of you would do a better job but i will be updating it as i learn more on how to script and so on (im currently on the basics). I am using all 3 DLC Dawnguard, Hearthfire and Dragonborn. Except in 0.1

Look UnderWhiteruns entrance just inside where water runs is a chest with key in u need. You Can Find The Portal Entrance Near Riverwood Across The River bridge side. or just outside Raven Rock Sols. plus portals to other tamreil locations in the tamreil wing. If You Use The Trap Door You will find some Swords And Gear

again this is my first mod im working on learning what goes where and so on on creation kit nifscope gimp blender and more i bet as i go. so try not to expect too much in the start :)

More will Be Added With Time. More Eternia and Etheria Locations once im more comfortable with meshes And Rooms In The Castle.

I always wanted this place since starting the game so now i have it so figure why not share  with those like me who dont have it and maybe inspire someone else   like i have been to use creation kit and see the other side of this game.

Whips are Maces that have near instant recoil recovery, they provide mid ranged lowish damage, if you want to wield two Whips together you need to get the Dual wield variants(they have a Dual Prefix) via the add item menu or Console, this is due to an animation restriction

Distributed some weapons that could become impossible\hard to get, around the world and in some vendor's inventories, Silver weapons can be brought from Khajit Caravans, Dawnguard stuff is with the Dawnguards, Imperial with the Imperials

Chain Whips are a new type of One Handed weapon, they light of damage, a bit slower to attack with than a sword and provide mid range damage, they have near instant recoil recovery, ideal as an offhand weapon

Due to the nature of whips being an animated weapon, they can sometimes be a bit jank in terms of animation, sometimes NPC's will have their whip randomly animate when blocking, a whip can animate faster than the player can transition between animations etc. Also  if you want to wield two whips together you need to get a dual wield variant(prefixed by the word dual) from the add Item menu or console, these don't appear in levelled lists

This works the same as the bow Bash, it causes a short stagger to your target, the parry replaces the standard left hand attack, the power attack still works but it doesn't use the correct animations (seriously Beth really screwed up the dual wielding behaviour files) Instead of the the correct animation it uses the standard light right+left attack animation

Parrying can be turned off in the MCM menu or set to work with all One handed weapons held in the Left Hand
It [i]should[/i] work with any dual Wield block mod, the Parry events are stored within the animation so any mod that allows you to block and bash while dual wielding will work

Unfortunately NPC's don't seem to perform the parrying action

Silver is a valuable metal, and especially priced for its usage in jewelry. Sadly it's a rarity in Skyrim because everyone is busy turning it into worthless plates, flagons, and goblets.

This mod adds a series of recipes to the smelter, which allow the player to melt down silverware items into silver ingots.

[b]Note: [/b]Two types of Silverware (namely "Silver Jug" and "Silver Cup") have not been added to this mod. The reasoning is twofold:

Vendor version and full package: Find the trader Niviarsiaq of the Cold Winds traveling with her packhorse between Morthal, Dawnstar and Winterhold, or sandboxing in the towns. At weekends she stays in Morthal. She will be happy to trade with you and have a nice chat.

Should be Frostfall compatible. I added the necessary keywords and injected them into Update.esm, like chesko commended. I did not test it, and I would be very glad if somebody could report back to me, if it works.

Common people of Skyrim wear now distinguished ethnic outfits, fitting for the cold and their daily routines.
Included are 32 female dresses, 25 male coats, 5 children clothes, 2 pair of children boots, 13 pair of male and female boots, 10 hoods and hats. [color=#ff7700]Some of them have no male or female counterpart, i.e. the servant dresses are for females only. In the vendor and full package included are some of my Redguard armor, craftable and temperable. Worker's boots and thick gauntlets can be worn by children. The gauntlets refuse to show up in the barter menu, but you can craft them at the tanning rack.

I used only natural materials: Different types of fur, leather, skins, cotton, linen, felt, reed and wool. I always thought Skyrim common clothes are so... cultureless. I brought back to you the culture and arts of embroidery, leather crafts, beadworks, quilling and weaving. Enjoy!

- Trader only - replaces and alters nothing, so compatible with anything - Frostfall compatible

Replacer: Farms and small Settlements merely use vanilla clothes, I stayed mostly with cities and towns of Vanilla Skyrim. I assigned them carefully to the individual. If you don't agree with my choices, feel free to use ck to change outfits.

1k textures, saved in DXT1, Worker's clothes in DXT5, no need to use Ordenador on the textures. No possibility for me to do larger resolutions. I'm aware of textures that are a bit unsharp. I used them because I loved the materials and patterns. Texture stretching is a big problem and is caused by bad UV maps, nothing I can do about it. [color=#e06666]And I do not care for body mods, so please don't ask me for making that compatible with cbbe or whatever.[/color]
I will not do a SE version, I have no SE and even can't support my files that are already ported.

 I used the fixed meshes from USLEEP and renamed them, so mod should conflict with nothing.

Inspired with a painting by Tadeusz Ajdukiewicz of Helena Modrzejewska - a world famous Polish actress of victorian era. She was also a very influential persona in Polish culture, but most of all a hard working award wining theatre actress specialising in classical drama.

This mod is not lore friendly but I wouldn't argue if it would be available at Radiant Raiment or at least at Divine Elegance ;)

2. Known issues (PLEASE READ BEFORE USING!!! ):

- there's no weightslider compatibility so please turn the weight down to zero to avoid hand and feet seams
- the weights aren't optimised the skirt can live its own life. I have no tools to make it work better 
- female only
- no boots so far please use invisible boots from my other mods

3. How to get it in game:

- type in console 'help "modrzejewska"' , you will get all needed IDs.
- type in console 'player.additem XXX Y'. XXX means necessary ID, Y means count of items you want.

4. Installation:

- I suggest using MO or NMM you can also extract the package manually.


5. Uninstallation:

- again I suggest using MO or NMM or you can remove the .esp file and mod's folders


6. Terms of use:

- You are not allowed to reupload this mod to other sites without permission. 
- You have to ask me first if you want to use any part of this mod in your own such as follower mod, mashup mod, etc.

Shantae is a half genie girl from a video game series of which she's the main character. I never played any of the games, but the game play videos online indicate it's a platformer. From what I've seen, she mainly uses her hair as a whip to attack. So, since that's not really possible in Skyrim, she uses a whip made of her magical hair instead. Some fan art indicates that she has fire magic, so she also shoots fire bolts. I would consider her a mid-ranged fighter since the whip has a fairly long range/reach.

One by one, Sethius' bandit army subjugated the counties and the nobility were forced to swear allegiance to their new liege, or face exile, or death. Bruma county held out, and finally a settlement was made where Bruma remained a "Free City" as long as the county officially recognized Sethius as the rightful King of Cyrodiil. 

It is now 4E205, and Sethius demands recognition as Emperor of all Tamriel, but before he can crown himself "Titus Mede III"
one final signature is needed for the Noble Decree, and the Countess of Bruma is summoned to the Imperial City. 
The House of Bruma, deeply worried for Rigmor's safety due to her secret ancestral ties to the Mede dynasty fear the worst,
and in desperation turn to the only one they can trust to escort her safely into the nest of vipers and bring her home.
