Sauna House

$

Added sauna house in Whiterun and Riften, Falkreath, Markarth, Solitude, Morthal, Dawnstar, Windhelm, Raven Rock. This is similar to Northern Bathhouses but I made it so as not to compete with other MOD as much as possible. This MOD corresponds to NPCs and followers. The location of the bathhouse is almost the same as other MOD's because there are no places to set. I will add to other cities if the mod's work stabilizes.

Set _EnableBathHouseNPC to 0
Set _EnableBathHouseFollower to 0
SetStage XX04D855 255
SetStage XX08026F 255
StopQuest XX0B7D7F

Q&A

nioverride.dll必須。

sDefaultFemaleFollowerBody="textures\\actors\\character\\Bijin Warmaidens 00\\femalebody_1_s.dds"
sDefaultFemaleFollowerHands="textures\\actors\\character\\Bijin Warmaidens 00\\femalehands_1_s.dds"
sDefaultFemaleFollowerFoot="textures\\actors\\character\\Bijin Warmaidens 00\\femalebody_1_s.dds"
sDefaultFemaleFollowerHead="textures\\actors\\character\\Bijin Warmaidens 00\\femalehead_s.dds"

...Textures\WetSkins\female\
...Textures\WetSkins\male\

1.Fair Skin
3. ..fair skin\Fair Skin Complexion for UNP v9.4-51602-9-4\Fair Skin Complexion for UNP v9.4\Skin_s_wet\の
- femalebody_1_s.dds
- femalehands_1_s.dds
- femalehead_s.dds
それでも変化しない場合はnioverride.iniの設定を変更する。

MCMに"Enabled the Head Wet Texture"という項目を増やしてあるのでON。

Cloud Storage Master and Five dependent Homes

What does this mod do?

1. Allows players to send items to a cloud storage such that items can be picked up at any of the five dependent homes.
2. Allows the designer to keep each home mod data file relatively small.
3. Computers still have to process all the custom assets and scripts in the cell. There is approximately 20 Mbits of custom data in each home.
4. The homes are modified and upgraded versions of these mods: Kynesgrove_Divayth Cottage https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/91810, Lakeside Riften Manor https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/84675, Whiterun Home 4_5 https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/82557, Winterhold College Hideout https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/82907, Alvis Cottage 1_3 https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/83226

Custom asset that are used in multiple files are distributed by the master file. This reduces the overall size of each home's data file. The Cloud Storage Warehouse has a few new rugs, paintings, rack design, plaques, and new furniture for each of the five homes. Some of the textures come from modder's resources, and some are my own. Painting were used to foreshadow locations that the player will visit.

How to install:

1. First you must uninstall any of the 5 stand-alone model homes I had made if you have them in your data folder. Installation needs to be on a clean save.
2. Install the Cloud Storage Master file first then select which homes you want to add from the five. For example: Load Cloud Storage Master then load Lakeside Riften Manor and Winterhold College Hideout. Now you have two locations that will allow you to connect their inventory.

Side Notes: If you use LOOT, LOOT will place the Cloud Storage Master file after the in-game Master files. It will place the home models below the Cloud Storage Master file. Nexus will show that  Cloud Storage Master is an esp that acts like an ESM. Each home will show that it is dependent on Cloud Master Storage.

How to uninstall:
1. Must uninstall the home models first and then the Cloud Master file.

Features:
1. 11 cloud storage containers that connect to any of the five player homes I have designed. Nine containers have auto storage scripts.
2. Potion enhancer
3. Reading animation and reading effects
4. Relaxing Bath effect
5. Soap effect
6. A few new baking and cooking recipes
7. New beds, racks, plaques, custom furniture and custom statics.

This mod only supports the modified homes I have designed found on this page. All five homes are compatible with "HearthFire Multiple Adoption Mod". Homes provide Well Rested perk gain 10% more experience. If you move in a spouse, Lover’s comfort 15% more experience will be granted. Father's/Mother's Love bonus, 25% additional effect when using healing potions is granted when your adopted children stay in these homes with you. All homes provide local linked storage and cloud linked storage for player's usage.

Cloud storage is located inside the homes same level as the crafting area of each home. There are elven containers and nine have their own auto store scripts. The Cloud Storage Master file doesn't interfere with any other mod. This is due to the fact that it only supports the five homes, and scripts are tied only to the cloud containers. There are no loose files and everything is packed in a BSA.

Additionally, all homes provide the following:
Beds for kids that can be changed to follower beds.
Master Beds that can be changed to standard unmodified noble beds.
Bathing area with armor removal.
Crafting and display areas.

I have standardized my choice in beds to using Snazzy's beds by Gutmaw. The Beds are versatile and can go with pretty much any furniture wood texture mod the player is using. Snazzy's beds only change the pillow, mattress and blanket. The wood is whatever model the player is using. To learn more about Snazzy's items see mods: Snazzy HD Noble Beds and Snazzy HD Furniture and Clutter.

The home also has weapon racks, weapon plaques, bookcases, trophy stands, BYOH planters, mannequins, and all crafting included in home.

Warning: Must remove any existing Alvis Cottage 1_3 Solstheim  file before adding. Must install "Cloud Storage Master " first. This file needs to load after Cloud Storage Master.
Mod Conflicts:
Mod conflicts occur at the home level. House mods or building mods with internal cells can interfere with each other if they are in the same cell or adjacent cell. To check for possible conflicts, do the following:

Open up Tes5Edit on the left side panel under form IDs check under world space and see what cells a mod occupies and modifies. If it occupies the same cell or modifies the same cell of a dependent home you are interested in, then yes there is a conflict.

Relighting Skyrim- If you want your interiors to look exactly like my screenshots. ENB should work fine without
this mod though, so do whatever you'd like at your own discretion!

Real Clouds- I personally use this mod, but I'm having trouble getting it to look good, the old screens don't have
this mod, again it's entirely up to you if you want it or not. My goal is to get this mod looking good with this ENB.

ENB is designed for vanillla weathers. You're welcome to experiment with weather mods out there, but it definitely won't look the same as the screenshots, also nights will likely be overly dark with mods like CoT or Vivid Weathers.

*Fixed a couple problems with 0.3. Found out late that some changes I made made the ENB look nothing like the screenshots, so that's fixed now. Also any Black Fog/Mist issues should be permanently gone now.

*Fixed Night Time Fog

*First version of 0.3 is up. Fixed some issues and adjusted more ENB settings.

*Just kidding, now Update 0.2 is really up. Fixed fires and light sources outdoors as well as clouds at night.

*Update 0.2 is up. Fixed Interiors and went through great pains to do so. Had to start from scratch typing each setting in one by one from pictures on my phone. Old enbseries.ini had something wrong with it. ENB is now playable!

ENB is still a wip so I will continue more edits as I have time for them.

Early WIP release of my personal ENB for The Elder Scrolls V Skyrim, the Dovahlandjas ENB.

The weird name essentially means Dragonlands, in half Dovah-Zul and half Proto-Norse gibberish cause I don't speak English like a normal human being/native English Speaker and I think that makes me awesome. jk lol. Also, there's apparently also another ENB called Dragonlands which got released recently. But I'm a language nerd so naturally I would go with Dovahlandjas from the start.

My ENB preset utilizes a lighting style and color palette that emphasizes a cold, brutal, gritty, and harsh visual aesthetic with subtle hints of beauty that aims to enhance the feeling of the cold harsh weather that dominates the rugged landscapes of Skyrim.

It is a spiritual successor to an older ENB preset I was working on called the Nordic Vinterlondes, which I stopped progress on due to my not being satisfied with its results.

While it definitely doesn't look the same, my Dovahlandjas ENB preset attempts to do the same thing in terms of exaggerating the bitter cold touches to Skyrim's environments, by using a slightly washed out color palette that doesn't fail to occasionally render peaceful and beautiful scenes though being dull and dark elsewhere.

ENB is honestly still a work in progress and interiors still need a lot of work. I'm fairly busy at this point in my life, so I'll update to this when I have time, but it may be a while. If more people download this mod I'm more likely to continue work on it.

Installation
*******************************************************
First, delete all ENB and SweetFX files from any previous ENB's you may have been using.
Next, download SweetFX Version 1.5.1:
https://sfx.thelazy.net/downloads/

Extract the files from download anywhere except Skyrim directory, and rename d3d9.dll to SweetFX_d3d9.dll. Make sure you don't rename it SweetFX_d3d9.dll.dll twice. Copy all files to Skyrim Main directory.
*******************************************************

Just copy all files inside "Dovahlandjas ENB Ver 0.1 Package" folder, except the installation readme file,
and paste them into your Skyrim Main Directory where your TESV.exe file is lcoated.

Then visit this site:
http://enbdev.com/download_mod_tesskyrim.html
and download ENB version 0.349, or the version of ENB that is closest to version 0.349 that is newer if version 0.349 is not available.

Extract the files for version 349 to your desktop or anywhere other than your Skyrim main directory, open the files,
open the wrapper version, and copy only the files named "d3d9.dll", and "enbhost.exe" to your Skyrim Main Dierctory where TESV.exe executable file is located.
*******************************************************

Also be sure to go to your Skyrim Preferences ini or SkyrimPrefs.ini in C:\Users\(Your PC Username)\Documents\My Games\Skyrim\ and
adjust the following settings:

bFloatPointRenderTarget=1
bTreesReceiveShadows=1
bDrawLandShadows=1
bShadowsOnGrass=1
*******************************************************

Then open the enblocal.ini and adjust the VideoMemorySizeMb= settings to match your system's total VRAM. Guides on how to do so properly can be found here:

This sets the total memory that will be used for the ENBoost dynamic memory allocation.
All available VRAM, except for the amount set with ReservedMemorySizeMb, will be used first, and if VideoMemorySizeMb is set to a value higher than total VRAM of the user's videocard, then ENBoost will use system RAM, if necessary, by running instances of enbhost.exe.
Download Boris's VRamSizeTest tool (http://enbdev.com/download_vramsizetest.htm), run VRamSizeDX9.exe, and note the number it shows after "Video memory available."
Then, if you are running Windows 7, subtract 170 from that number; if you are running Windows 8/8.1, use the number provided by the tool; and if you are running Windows 10, subtract 350 from that number.
Use the result as the variable here.
(Example 1: If VRamSizeDX9.exe shows 10240, and you're running Windows 7, you should subtract 170 to get 10070.)
(Example 2: If VRamSizeDX9.exe shows 4064, and you're running Windows 8, you should use 4064.)
(Example 3: If VRamSizeDX9.exe shows 11168, and you're running Windows 10, you should subtract 350 to get 10818.)

The "Hammerfell Merchant Clothes" female (only) is too bright ...

The "Shawls" are only for the females

For the Traders:

The Young Camel of Amrir have sometimes some neighs like a horse (we can not ride on it, he is too young !). There is also -rarely- a blink bug (The eyelashes act strange when it blinks)

For the Flying Mount (with SKSE):

You only have to be careful to not crash into the ground (apparently the baby dragon can also burrow underground) !

If your mount disappears (with impossibility to dismount): Be patient a few seconds or Zoom out with the scroll Wheel or FAST TRAVEL

For the Followers :

You can only have one Follower at a time: if you want a different one (in my other mods), you need to dismiss the first one before you recruit them.

If telling the follower to return at home (With message: “Your companion heads home”) doesn't dismiss him, or if you have lost the active Follower, you can try this:

Type “²” or "`" or "~" key to get into console, and type:

set playeranimalcount to 0

With Amazing Follower Tweaks , or other mod with followers, if problem to dismiss the followers, you can uncheck this mod (AFT or other) in the Data Files when you launch the game

If problem with the Dialog Box of the followers/ companions (Wait - Follow - Trade - Favor - Dismiss) you can also enter / exit a house or make a fast travel

The primary function of this mod is simply to populate Skyrim with feminine eye candy, and is intentionally not focused on adding functionality.

Lore

The Lustful Reaper

Several years ago, an enigmatic mighty warrior came to Skyrim carrying with her a large scythe and a collection of mementos from her vanquished past adversaries. Aside from the bones and skulls that adorned her body, her most striking characteristic was her extraordinarily voluptuous physique. Wherever she went, she drew dumbfounded stares from men and women alike.

The warrior eventually settled along the fringes of the plains of Whiterun Hold, away from most active communities. Nevertheless, word traveled far and wide, and the folks of Skyrim's central region passed around alleged stories of her past. Most believed she was actually born and raised in the farmlands of Whiterun, taken away as a child, then learned to fornicate, fight, and kill in foreign lands‒even outside of Tamriel‒before returning to her hometown. Soon, she became a cult celebrity in Skyrim, and people from all over the region came to her for combat-related assistance.

The influx of clients prompted her to build a station and to train other potential mercenaries. After years of creating multiple generations of fighters, she went away once again and never came back to Skyrim, leaving The Lustful Reaper's Cabin where it stands today. Although the mercenaries of the Lustful Reaper have lost their popularity through the years, they remain as strong as they were when they were first created.

Order of the Uninhibited

After several decades hidden in the shadows, the Order of the Uninhibited came to prominence in Whiterun at a felicitous time. No one has ever seen nor heard about them until recently, when they built their first public barracks at the foot of Skyrim's central city. Donned in their unusually explicit trademark armors, the Ladies of the Order patrol the land, protecting it against potential threats.

Despite their ostensible popularity, practically everyone is still too embarrassed to talk about or even acknowledge them, largely due to their appearances and the nature of their faction. However, most citizens know of them and treat them in high regard, nonetheless. Ironically, the knights of the Order themselves are relatively reticent individuals, as they have been for several years prior.

It is said that the Order of the Uninhibited went by a different name in the past, and only changed it after the fall of their original leadership. Following the exile or arrest of most of the last council, the two remaining councilors, Lady Therese and Lady Elizabeth, decided to disband and restructure the Order, promoting all the remaining knights into equal leadership positions. It was only then that they also repurposed their sisterhood to become a public protector of Skyrim. Although they have, to an extent, opened their doors to the public, it is still practically impossible to get inducted into the Order of the Uninhibited, and, until this day, only a select few are allowed to visit their halls.

exotic dancers and servants

Upon the advent of the Adult Entertainment Revolution in Tamriel, a large sector of the adult industry, including procurers, tavern-owners, and brothel-keepers among others, saw drastic surges in their business operations within short spans of time. The heightened demand led to the emergence of several new businesses and independent free-lancers in the adult industry. Moreover, it gave rise to innovation and improvements to numerous existing services.

Nowadays, Skyrim can be seen populated by gorgeous mature women from various lands across Tamriel, both local and foreign, such as Cyrodiil or Morrowind. Traditional tavern wenches are becoming increasingly obsolete, as more and more enterprises offer multi-skilled models, some of whom can even perform housekeeping or erotic entertainment in addition to sexual services.

These highly revolutionary services have gained so much popularity in recent years that they have become a common sight in towns and cities across Skyrim. Jarls and private citizens alike, employ these beautiful ladies in castles, taverns, and even households, allowing them to parade around their assets for everyone's enjoyment.

CBBE Real Puffy Nipple Collection by MickKizzy

Hi, In my time on Skyrim I have seen in many forums etc, people that are looking for REAL PUFFY NIPPLES, as was I.
So I decided to investigate building them myself, here are the results of my many long hours of work.

PLEASE NOTE.. YOU CAN INSTALL THESE FILES TO ANY CBBE STAND ALONE FOLLOWER MOD.
-- YOU DO NOT --    HAVE TO INSTALL TO A CBBE SLIM FOLLOWER ONLY.

SEE... HOW TO INSTALL AT THE BOTTOM OF THIS PAGE..

( YOU CAN ALSO DOWNLOAD THE HOW TO INSTALL NOTE ).
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Work done:

Obviously the puffies.
                                     Also.
                                             Slight reshape to breasts.
                                             Reshaped the top of thighs.
Mons Pubis more pronounced ( bulge at front of pussy )
                                             Re-Coloured texture nipple area.
                                             Various other bits n bobs.

PLEASE NOTE:
THIS MOD CONTAINS 6 DIFFERENT SETS OF MESHES AND TEXTURES FOR YOU TO OVERWRITE THE EXISTING MESHES AND TEXTURES OF A CBBE STAND ALONE FOLLOWER YOU HAVE.

The follower I have used in the pictures is Frea the Sword Singer, who is one of my best looking followers and was made by leiyan85.
The meshes/nif's are CBBE HDT SLIM with animated vagina, and the textures/dds's are from Cosio, the boss scivirus has given me his kind permission to use them in my mod,

Thank you again scivirus.

PLEASE DO NOT ALTER OR UPLOAD THIS MOD TO ANY OTHER SITES, ANYONE CAN USE MY WORK IN THEIR MODS AS LONG AS I AM CREDITED FOR THE PUFFY NIPPLE COLLECTION BEING USED, ALSO TEXTURES BY SCIVIRUS .

Thank you in advance.. Mick.

Thanks again to...The boss scivirus - Cosio.
leiyan85 for Frea The Sword Singer.
The makers of Skyrim.

Also myself for hours and hours of frustrating work. haha

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

HOW TO INSTALL TO A FOLLOWER ...    MY PUFFY NIPPLES.

FIRST SELECT 1 OF THE 6 PUFFY FOLDERS YOU WANT TO USE..

1. You need a CBBE stand alone follower ( that is not installed ).
2. You have to unzip the follower mod to a new folder.
3. Now you have to un-zip 1 of the sets of files from the puffy collection to a different new folder.
4. Now locate the meshes ( nif files ) and the textures ( dds files ) in your un-zipped follower new folder.
5. Copy and replace the above files in 4 with the same named files in the puffy new folder you un-zipped.
6. Now zip your stand alone follower in the new folder back up.
7. Now you can install it to the game..

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

HOW TO INSTALL TO THE PLAYER ... MY PUFFY NIPPLES.

FIRST SELECT 1 OF THE 6 PUFFY FOLDERS YOU WANT TO USE..

Then..

1. YOU NEED TO BE USING A CBBE BODY.

2. Go to the folders below and back up the files that are in both folders..
3. Then you need to overwrite the files with the same names from the puffy nipples you want to use
4. Copy and overwrite the files in these folders..
meshes will go in ( Skyrim\data\meshes\actors\character\character assets )
textures will go in ( Skyrim\data\textures\actors\character\female )

DON'T FORGET TO BACK UP THE 2 FOLDERS FIRST, THEN YOU CAN JUST PUT YOUR ORIGINAL FILES BACK IN.

Additional Techniques

- Description
This mod adds techniques for the player to do combat advantageously. No ESP file.
Currently included techniques are as follows.

HomingMissile
Makes missile type projectiles released by the player get stack and chase the enemy. If you cast a spell while pressing the key set in ini (default 57, spacebar, jump key), the projectile will float on the spot (stack). When a set number of projectiles are stacked, a marker is automatically attached to the actor against which the player is hostile (the actor displayed in EnemyHealth of HUD). Then release the key and projectiles will chase the enemy. If you change the setting in ini ,it is also possible to make projectiles chase the enemy without stacking.

FasterArrow
If the player releases an arrow just before drawing the bow to its maximum, the damage and speed of the arrow will increase. If you succeed, you will hear the sound of the arrow flying loud. The crossbow does not apply because it has no drawing action.

- Requirement
SKSE 1.7.3+

You can open "AdditionalTechniques.ini" to change the settings.

[General]
DisableHomingMissile If set to true, the HomingMissile feature will be disabled.
DisableFasterArrow If set to true, the FasterArrow feature will be disabled.

[HomingMissile]
StackKeyCode Key code to stack.
RequiredStackNumber Number of stacks required to chase. If set to 0, chasing always.
MaxStackNumber Maximum number stacked.

[FasterArrow]
DamageMult Damage multiplier when successful.
SpeedMult Speed multiplier when successful.
EffectiveTimePercentage Percentage of effective time for the FasterArrow to succeed.

Caverns Of Chaos was originally a small dungeon that I put together to get used to mod making again. I used to make dungeon mods in the past but I've been focusing on new land mods recently and decided to reupload some of my old work for everyone and to have more of a variety of mods to manage. The mod has a long history to it spanning back almost 5 years and I didn't want to let it sit on my external drive, it would be a disservice. I wanted to upload it from my new account and manage it better. I am releasing this as a BETA because I can still improve upon it in different ways and fix things I might have missed my goals for, also if you are having any in game issues with the mod check the (important) section below as your issue might be covered there. The dungeon has no lore in it's current state but I may add some in future updates to make it more interesting, if you have not had the chance to explore this dungeon now is the time! As always if you enjoyed your time I encourage you to leave an endorsement and stop by the comments to leave a constructive or neutral post, you know my rules by now don't be passive aggressive or troll the posts.

I don't consider myself a veteran mod maker with flawless work, I make mods in my spare time as a hobby and I try my best with the tools available to me. I created and balanced this mod with classic Skyrim's lighting, assets, and default brightness settings so I need you to please keep in mind that everyone uses different lighting mods, different ENB, different in game brightness settings and even different load orders for their mods so each of you will experience this differently.

This mod has been cleaned with Tes5edit before and after play testing it so if you are experiencing issues of any kind for whatever reasons I apologize for that. I personally recommend keeping a backup of your Skyrim game or Data folder somewhere safe, perhaps on an external drive of some kind of a cheap 64GB thumb drive and keep those in anti static bags. I like to follow this rule when trying other peoples mods in case something goes wrong and there is no harm in it.

1. Go to the files section and click download with mod manager and either nexus mod manager or vortex mod manager should open and start downloading. (I personally dont recommend using vortex mod manager until it improves further). Once it is finished click the mod and click activate.

2. In the files section click download manually and save the archive to your desktop or wherever you wish. Extract the archive and place the .esp file in your Skyrim data folder.

Adds 2 new custom stand alone Cat race followers to your game.  Kitty can be found in the Ragged Flaggon and Puss is in the Winking Skeever.  I made them as close as I could get to the actual characters with help from Blethwyn, Pencilcrap (texture recolor), Baddog and Mycenia (texture recolor), and DarkFox Guild Liam.  Without their help and support, none of this would be possible!

Please note that this is a beta version.  I will be working on this further but need to know what the bugs are.
They currently act like they are already followers or it seems to me.  I will be working on fixing that later on today.

This mod has been ported to the Skyrim Special Edition - if you would like to use this mod in that version of the game it can be found >> HERE <<

This mod aims to add on and expand several already existing settlements across Skyrim as well as adds in one (for now) completely new location that is lacking NPCs or structures of any kind in the base game.  The minor towns and locations affected by this mod always felt like they were too small as they exist in the base game.  People tend to want to live around other people and single houses and production and/or economic buildings usually end up as a draw for other people to live near to them.  This mod does this by adding on a building or two, maybe some people that might reasonably live in and around these pre-existing locations and the guards that go with them.  Currently as of this release, the mod either modifies or adds as new 7 different settlements around the world of Skyrim.

The goal here is to simply flesh out and add some small additions to areas I felt were lacking and in need of some more life and NPC activity in a believable way without being a massive complex with dozens of buildings and NPCs.  Generally speaking, this will be a few buildings, certainly less than 5 as well as the attending NPCs that would go with these structures.  So that said, which locations have I added or modified?  Read on...

Coldstone Mine     ** NEW SETTLEMENT **

Coldstone Mine is a completely new settlement that does not exist in the vanilla game.  It is located at the edge of Winterhold Hold near the border with The Pale in the frozen mountains to the southeast of Dawnstar, far to the southwest of Winterhold, east of Duskglow Crevice and to the northwest and high above Silverdrift Lair.  See the map screenshot for the exact location of this small mining village.  The settlement is not huge but does feature a standard blacksmith vendor, a full complement of crafting stations for all skills either outside or in the various homes as well as a deep and well stocked ebony mine.  There are several residential buildings as well that provide housing and shelter to the NPCs that make their home in this frigid outpost.  Due to it's location high in the mountains, you can get some spectacular views from the various elevated structures in this settlement.

Features

elevated public deck gathering and cooking spot that overlooks Silverdrift Lair and the main road that passes by it
Sarethi Farm

Originally just a modest farm in The Rift, this location has seen extensive modifications.  A fallen tower keep that has largely been reduced to rubble has been added as a strongpoint for the local guards.  This spot also includes a public dining and cooking area with an impressive view.  An open-air crafting deck has been added that includes the usual crafting stations for all the smiths out there.  One additional hold guard has been added to the patrols due to the new residents and buildings at this location.  The vanilla quest for the farm that involves searching for Nirnroot has not been edited in any way.

Features

guard patrol paths significantly changed from the default to account for the alterations and more widely patrol the area

main road made more of an actual road - debris and underbrush/grass has been cleared away to indicate a more active settlement
Heartwood Mill

Heartwood Mill is a quiet sawmill location in the base game with only 2 NPCs present by default and 1 guard.  There is now an additional building that serves as both a business as well as living quarters for several of the new NPCs.  A watch tower with an attentive hold guard has been placed on the western side of the bridge crossing the nearby river/lake to guard against any incursions to the area.  The patrol routes the standard and added guards use have been significantly modified in order to better protect this location from any bandits or hostile wildlife.

Features

2 new buildings

2 general worker NPCs

1 playing child

1 vendor NPC (blacksmith)

Kolskeggr Mine

This location is the source of a vanilla quest to liberate the mine from the control of the Forsworn that have taken it over.  It is also the only gold mine in the entire gameworld of Skyrim so freeing it has obvious rewards to the player.  A single building has been added that is a combination home and vendor shop that serves the area as well as a guard, worker, and blacksmith to tend to it.

Features

1 new building

1 general worker NPC

1 miner NPC that works in and around the mine itself

1 vendor NPC (blacksmith)

new NPCs are "vanilla quest aware" - see below
** Special Note **   Because this location is featured in a vanilla quest the NPCs that would normally be here will instead be absent until the player completes the quest by clearing the mine of the Forsworn invaders.  Once the quest is complete, the NPCs will leave their current location (inside Left Hand Mine) and travel to this location just like the default game NPCs do once the quest completes and resume their normal schedules.  Until the quest is complete, the location will be vacant of any new NPCs and under the control of the Forsworn invaders.

Loreius Farm

A simple farm in the base game with 2 NPCs and located in The Pale hold has been expanded considerably now.  There are 3 new buildings and 2 vendors as well as several general NPC workers.  These workers have their own home as well as jobs in the fields owned by Loreius.  The buildings and shops are ideally positioned alongside the main road to catch any travelers heading to or from Whiterun that looms in the near distance.  Neither Cicero or the quest this location figures in have been changed in any way.

Features

3 new buildings

1 general merchant

1 blacksmith

1 food vendor NPC with added open air market stall

1 playing child

2 farmer NPCs

additional lighting along the main road has been added

default guard patrol path has been lengthened to account for the new structures along the main road
Soljunds Sinkhole

A simple mine with a single worker house and a smelter by default, this has had an additional farmhouse with a smithy/living area added to the location now.  Such a basic enhancement was added as a working mine should always have some workers and a blacksmith.  The vanilla quest involving the mine hasn't been changed and proceeds as it does by normally.

Features

2 new buildings

1 general worker NPC

1 miner NPC that works in and around the mine itself (quest aware - will not enter until the mine is cleared)

1 vendor NPC (blacksmith)

1 general goods vendor NPC

guard patrol paths significantly changed from the default to more widely patrol the area

landscape altered somewhat to allow for better NPC movement

some roadside lighting has been added to light the main path
Whistling Mine

A frozen and largely forgotten iron mine in the base game, this location has had a single blacksmith added to forge all the ore the miners pull from the ground.  In addition, there is a public warming and supply deck added to the side of the main road that is there for the needs of travelers attempting to make it north or south through the frozen wastes.  Not as many new NPCs added here as in other spots due to the frigid conditions and its remote nature - hard to get people to live here after all.

Features

1 new building

1 vendor NPC (blacksmith)

1 hold guard added (Winterhold) that is civil war aware - guards will change sides if the hold switches control in the course of the civil war

public supply and warming deck available for travelers attempting to cross this frozen area

patrol paths for the default guards altered to account for landscape changes
Recommended Complementary Mods

These mods below were either designed around or were directly accounted for during the creation of this mod.  They should work flawlessly together and are suggested here as mods you might want to use alongside this one to fill out or complete your mod list.  These mods aren't hard requirements so you don't HAVE to use them, but I do suggest you do so as using these mods below compliment using this one nicely in my view.

Soljund's Sinkhole

Whistling Mine

Note that there are patches available for both mods now that solve some very minor navmesh issues when using both mods.  The patch for each location is not strictly required but you can use the one for the specific location if you like and it will fit in your load order.

Concerning Conflicts and Patches

With any location mod that alters or adds to some aspect of the vanilla landscape or buildings such as this one, conflicts with other mods that do the same or similar things are probably inevitable.  If you notice such a conflict, please let me know about it.  I can't promise I will patch or work around every conflict but I will at least look into a problem to see what could be done to solve the issue.

Please provide as much information as possible and I will attempt to solve the conflict if if I am able to do so without drastic changes to this mod.  Single line "conflicts with mod X" types of reports are generally useless and will be ignored.  Since I obviously like what I've created in this mod, if it comes down to having to make large changes or deletions to this mod in order to get it working with another well... that's probably not going to happen.

Known Mod Conflicts and Patches

The mods below are either known to conflict or to be compatible either on their own or with the help of a patch.  If you know of a mod that isn't listed that has a conflict or you know it to be compatible, post in the comments and I'll update this section as needed.

Cutting Room Floor - does not edit the same settlement locations

Dragonfall Castle - a patch that has better navmesh compatibility as well as solves some landscape tears is available in the optional files section

Frostfield - Loreius Farm Settlement - the author cleverly used navcuts rather than edits to the navmesh directly so even though these mods edit nearly the same area around Loreius Farm, both mods should work together just fine

Heartwood - compatibility patch available in the files section

Heartwood Tower - a compatibility patch that fixes landscape and navmesh conflicts is available in the files section

Lanterns of Skyrim - a user has created a patch for Lanterns of Skyrim to enable the player to turn on/off various roadside and village lanterns via the MCM menu in that mod that is available in the files section - thanks to Astakos for the patch

Legendary Cities - patches for both the modular and All In One versions of this mod are now available in the files section.  These patches make numerous changes to the base experience of using this mod when it comes to the Whistling Mine / Amol location in order to allow both mods to be used together such as removing the blacksmith house and the public cooking/warming platform as well as removing clashing rocks/walls/lights/patrol routes and many other things.  Using this patch means that your Whistling Mine/Amol location will not look like the screenshots for this mod, but will instead be basically like the Amol portion of the LC mod, a rather drastic but necessary step in getting both mods working together.

Manor of Shalott Redux - patch available in the files section that fixes the landscape height conflicts

No Snow Under the Roof - a patch to add the features of this mod for the two snowy mine locations of Coldstone Mine and Whistling Mine has been added under optional files

RS Children Overhaul - a patch to make the children added by this mod RS Children compatible is available in the files section

Solijund's Sinkhole - recommended complementary mod

Swift Steeds Stables - user reports both mods are compatible

The Kids Are Alright - the author of this mod has made a compatibility patch and posted it in the files section for that mod

Whistling Mine - recommended complementary mod

Conflicts

Hroldan Nightgate and Sawmill Villages - there is a modular version of this available but it is out of date compared to the latest fixed version that is an all-in-one.  If you're willing to use the older modular version than all the edited areas except for the Heartwood Mill one should be compatible.

Future Plans and Suggestions

I'm always interested to hear new ideas, if you've got a suggestion for a change or improvement or addition to a location or this mod in general, feel free to post in the comment section.  If you've got another location you think could use a similar touch as what I've done in this mod to this point, suggest that as well.  I've already got some ideas for additional spots (both vanilla and non) myself but more ideas are always a good thing.

Load Order

Load as late as is possible in your load order, certainly after any of the recommended mods above as well as any other location or landscape changing mod that alters any of the same or nearby areas that this mod deals with.  Any mod that causes this arrangement to have some type of conflict will have to be looked into and dealt with on a per mod basis - see above concerning any such potential patches.

Also be aware that this mod doesn't include any LOD files by default, if that is a thing that you like in your game I suggest using DynDOLOD to generate your LOD dynamically for your current active load order of mods.  Make sure DynDOLOD loads after this mod just like it should for most others.

Installation

Standard install, use the mod manager of your choice to install or just drop the esp and bsa files into your Data directory manually and activate the esp.

Removal

Deactivate the file and then delete the esp and bsa.  Shouldn't in theory have any affect on save games, but do be aware that removing mods from an active save game is generally not a good idea - proceed at your own risk.

VMS Patch

======================================================================================================================

!!! ADVISORY !!!
This mod completely usurps the Bandit class.  No original non-quest-specific Bandit NPC's will generate after installing this mod.  This does mod does not affect special bandits except in that they draw from my templates instead of Bethesda's.

I strongly recommend that you apply this patch to a new character, and that you start in Adept or Apprentice Mode and work your way UP to Legendary.  This mod has been tested with the "Revenge of The Enemies" mod, and has shown no adverse effects when used in tandem.  It does, however, make the game ridiculously hard at times, so be prepared!  This is NOT for the impatient gamer.

If you find this patch useful, please donate.  It took thousands of hours to put this patch together.

======================================================================================================================

As-is, Skyrim is, like so many other MRPG games, too easy.  This patch is a targeted effort to overcome that deficiency.  If you're like me, you found that Legendary Mode at high levels can be way too easy to the point of being boring.  Skyrim allows for NPC's to be based on YOUR level, and so it is with this patch.  Creatures and undead I pretty much left alone, but most humanoid NPC's received a major elevation in aggression and overall stats.  The Forsworn Warlord class has been unlocked, and bandits are significantly more of a threat!

Destruction magic has been overhauled to provide more powerful spells, additional mastery perks, and a new line of pure magic damage destruction spells.  Fair warning, if you do not take the time to gain resistances to the elements, you may well find yourself facing a foe that can spell you down in one or two hits.  High level foes do benefit from the new Augmented Fire/Frost/Shock/Magic percs.  You will find foes wielding magic damage spells to be particularly challenging as resistance to Magic Damage is more difficult to obtain.

Fire Breath and Frost Breath have also been seriously upgraded from the pathetic versions they once were, but be warned!  Draugr using Frost Breath can totally devastate you if you don't ward, resist, or evade the blast!  Even as a vampire.

Blacksmithing enhancements have been slashed in half for both the percs and in alchemy.  I find bows dealing 600+ damage to be a bit ridiculous, and the extreme armor ratings possible with the vanilla game to be excessive.

New percs include a two-handed sneak attack which requires that you are an expert in two-handed weapons and have 3 points added to enhanced sneaking, a new level for Elemental Potency, and the Trick Shot perc has been unlocked.

As for the speed enchantments, a movement speed enchantment has been added, as well as a weapons speed enchantment.  Sadly, the weapon speed enchantment is Static because of the design of the game.  For whatever reason, Bethesda chose not to play nice with fractions with enchanting.  Weapon speed enchantments stack properly now.  All characters are granted a base weapon speed stat which can then be modified with enchantments.  The movement speed is just that.  You run fast.  Good for covering long stretches of turf, or evading an enemy.  Additionally, the robe enchantments have been modified so that the magica regen rate also benefits from enchantment enhancements when crafting.

Aside from making things more balanced and generally harder, this mod also adds constructible arrows, and exploding arrows!  You'll find a book on the Skyforge entitled "Beyond Enchanting: Exploding Arrows" which puts the arrows in context, and describes how they are crafted.  Arrows can be crafted that explode for a variety of effects: Calm/Slow, Stagger/Paralyze, Damage Fatigue/Turn Undead, Fire/Flee, Frenzy/Speed Up, Frost/Slow, and Shock/Disintegrate.  The secondary effects are only available at high levels, and require a tremendous number of perks to craft.  These arrows do not show in the creation list unless you have all the appropriate items in your inventory AND you have all the correct perks and skill level requirements!

Another major change is dragon spawning.  I've had problems with dragons not spawning when I change the TimeScale global, so I've introduced a new script that changes the dragon spawning timer to a randomized real-time value instead of a game-time value.  This script also corrects the issue of dragons not spawning when you obtain the Dragonstone before going to Whiterun.

A few dialog bug-fixes have been added as well, most notably of which being those that prevent you from being able to invest in certain merchants.

Merchant gold is also randomized and has been generally increased.

This is a work-in-progress.  The companion patches for Dragonborn, Dawnguard, and Hearthfire are to be reconstructed.  There are literally thousands of entries made in this patch, so please, if you find a bug/typo, report it to me and I'll attempt to fix it.  Or, if you have a fix for a bug, please tell me what you did so that I can make it a part of this patch.  Also, because of the sheer number of entries required for each patch, please be patient with the release of the Dragonborn and Dawnguard patches.

Once upon a time, I had a full catalog of all the changes I made to the game, but due to a system failure, data was lost, including the ReadMe for this mod.  So, this is an effort as much as anything, to "immortalize" this mod.  There was a Dragonborn, Dawnguard, and Hearthfire patch as well, but alas, those files could not be recovered.   They wound up looking like ooblec on the disc.  This file is the Master File for them.

A new breed of Bandit is HERE: The Pirate!  They are above you in level, and always have the best quality gear.  I have integrated 110 Bandit Templates with dozens of new faces to the primary patch for a richer experience, including 3 archer classes: Archer, Archer w/ Shield, and Marksman.  Archer's use both bows and one-handed weapons instead of simple daggers. If you get a vampire quest script error do NOT start the game. Please read the troubleshooting section for more information.

Patch was updated for 5.15

NOTE. Live Another Lifes Vampire Start is vanilla hardcoded and WONT work with sacrosanct if you want to become a vampire spawn a potion of embracing.

IF YOU USE NMM TO INSTALL SACROSANCT AND THIS MOD YOU NEED TO TAKE EXTRA STEPS TO MAKE IT WORK. READ AT THE BOTTOM OF THE MOD PAGE ALL NMM USERS FOR INSTRUCTIONS

This is a mod designed to make Sacrosanct Vampires of Skyrim to be compatible and re-balanced for Requiem.

This mod is currently a W.I.P open to changes and tweaks, I need your input on what should be re-balanced or changed so please comment and let me know. It also works with Ultimate Skyrim 4.0 beta versions and will be updated if needed for the full release of Ultimate Skyrim 4.0. This mod Is designed around Requiem and a new save is HIGHLY recommended when installing this mod. When adding sacrosanct and my patch to and existing save you might get incorrect/missing powers please read the troubleshooting section on how to fix this. This mod has recommended MCM settings for Sacrosanct that can be found in the mods images section. I have not tested adding this to an already existing save so do it at your own risk and make sure to back up your save before before.
The current changes and rebalances/bugfixes of this mod are...

1. Patched the Vampire Lord perk tree, messages, and powers/regen rates to work with Requiem and keep Requiems immersive messages.

2. Removed the Vampires Command ability as I felt it was over powered and didn't make sense.

3. [s]Removed the Daywalker ability as it renders Auriels Bow useless and is generally too overpowered.[/s] (Added back as its part of the blue blood questline which is incredibly hard to finish.)

4. Removed the Fortitude ability as it was too overpowered.

5. [s]Removed the Harvest Moon ability because it was too overpowered and immersion breaking.[/s] (Added back neat mechanic and deserves to stay)

6. Re-balanced all Vampire Drain spells. [s](Possibly too OP but vampiric drain already doesnt work on many enemies in Requiem so Eh.)[/s] Vampiric drain now does 26 points of absorb at 20 magicka cost for stage 1 and 18 absorb for stages 2-4.

7. Patched all weakness to sunlight messages to say Searing Sun and patched Requiems debuff when entering holy areas.

8. Patched Vampire's Sight.

9. Vampire's seduction now affects opponents up to level 20 instead of level 10.

10. Patched vampires unarmed damage to stay consistent within stages and match Requiems values.

11. Patched vampires will to work with requiem and added Requiems exceptions on the power.

12. Patched the dominate power to have Requiems exceptions.

13. Patched Vampires resistances and changed values. Vampires are now resistant to poison and disease (Requiem default) but have 50% resistance to frost instead of Requiems default 95% to balance vampires.[s] (shock resistance not working could be an issue with base requiem vampirism for now it seems to balance vampires even more)[/s] Shock resistance removed.

14. Patched stillheart ability to have Requiems exceptions.

15. Changed the weakness to fire values to match Requiems.

16. Fixed unimmersive messages added by sacrosanct to match with Requiems.
17. Fixed loading screen messages to match Requiems.

18. Patched actors who have resistance to absorption to now not be affected by vampiric drain and hemomancy

19. Patched the nightstalkers footsteps ability to have Requiems exceptions.

20. Vampire's keep requiems added health and stamina buff's.

21. Removed the breathing sound effect when emerging from underwater if you are a vampire.

22. Blood on corpses have been removed as well as Blood Conserving Phials.

23. Stat buffs have been halved instead of having plus 300 HP and stamina on top of your base hp and stamina you will now have 150.

24. Imperial Racial ability now buffs persuasion as the default was broken due to Sacrosanct Requiem interactions in 1.3.

25. Changed Dolmen Haunt description.

26. Buffed and tweaked most hemomancy spells to work with Requiem in terms of gameplay.

27. Trespassing curse now drains 25 points of stamina and magicka per second.

Note - [s]Some racial abilities added by sacrosanct are rendered useless due to the way it interacts with Requiem. These are all scripted and papyrus is not my thing. So I either remove all Racial Abilities or keep them until a better solution come's to mind. For now they will stay.[/s] Racial abilities are now fully functional and fixed.

FOR NMM USERS READ BELOW

First I highly recommend that you switch to Mod Organizer 1, if you do make the switch make sure you go to the Mod Organizer 2 page and download the LEGACY version of Mod Organizer 1.

NMM users will have to go to there skyrim data folder located in

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Skyrim\Data

Then run a search for PlayerVampireQuestScript and delete all instances of it.

Then search for DLC1PlayerVampireChangeScript and delete all instances of it that exist.

If you still get the script error try the fix listed in the trouble shooting section if it continues to happen after that leave a comment and Ill help you.

Install and Load order.

For your left pane in Mod Organizer Sacrosanct and this mod should go as far down as possible. For your right pane it should be something like this

Requiem.esp
Requiem - Legendary Bug Smasher Edition.esp
(all other mods)
Sacrosanct - Vampires of Skyrim.esp
My patch goes here
Requiem For The Indifferent.esp

Sacrosanct and my patch should go as far down as possible in both the left pane and right pane in MO. Don't move them above any other mods unless you know what you're doing. If you have questions about LO comment and ill help.

For Ultimate Skyrim users place my file under all Ultimate Skyrim files. and place sacrosanct right above SkyrimUnbound.esp.

TROUBLESHOOTING
If you get the vampire script error message something is overwriting Sacrosancts scripts and will cause broken features. This is usually due to the BSA being overwritten by loose files or incorrect load order. if youre using mod organizer make sure sacrosanct and my patch are at the bottom of the load order for the left pane. The solution for NMM/MO2 users is to use the BSA extractor to use this program download it and run it. It will ask what file you want to open, go to the sacrosanct mod folder and choose its .bsa file. Then extract the bsa file you just selected into the sacrosanct folder. After that delete the .bsa in sacrosancts mod folder. We dont need the BSA because we have the loose files instead. If you still get the script error after doing whats listed above post a comment or add me on discord bg#0052.

Note that when adding Sacrosanct to an existing save, existing abilities that are active on your character cannot be modified, which may result in some abilities being incorrect or "stuck on your character". Ideally, you want to install the mod before you contract vampirism to avoid this issue, but this is not strictly necessary and the mod will be functional even if you don't.

If you encounter this issue, open the console and type player.setrace [Your]Race (for instance HighElfRace). Then leave the console for a few seconds and type player.setrace [Your]RaceVampire. This will fix most issues.

To uninstall: Just remove the mod and my patch, ideally when you are not a vampire.

For other trouble shooting issues please read the Sacrosanct's mod page. Theres a trouble shooting guide there for all the common problems. If youre still having issues please leave a comment on my mod page.

INCOMPATIBILITIES

See here for a list of incompatible mods

If youre using Requiem immersive divine blessings
This mod and sacrosanct are incompatible with immersive divine blessings please load Immersive divine blessings above sacrosanct and this mod in your .esp list. A compatibility patch may be made soon if enough users request it in the comments section.

If you dislike any of these changes they are all easily changed/revertible in xEdit. Post a comment if you need help changing the values.

If you have gotten this far thank you for actually reading the description hours of work went into this mod so drop an endorsement if you liked the mod.

Some of the bug fixes in this mod have been forwarded from my other mod Requiem Vampirism Bug Fixes.

Challenging Spell Learning

$
0
0
SE version available here

tldr
Learn spells by completing a short ritual that drains your magicka
If you run out of magicka during the ritual you do not learn the spell
The magicka cost of the ritual is proportional to the magicka cost of the spell, and can be adjusted in the MCM
Keep the book after the ritual and re-read it to try again or to forget a learned spell
Includes auto-patching xEdit script for 100% compatibility with everything

SummaryChallenging Spell Learning changes the bland vanilla spell learning system to increase the challenge, risk and satisfaction of spell learning. Instead of instantaneously "consuming" spell tomes to learn the spell, reading a spell tome will now start a learning ritual that tests your magical abilities. During the ritual your magicka will steadily drain, and to learn the spell you must complete the ritual without running out of magicka. Because the rate at which the ritual drains your magicka is proportional to the cost of the spell, all but the most basic spells are effectively off limits to characters with no investment in magicka or magical skills. However, as your character improves, more and more spells will become within their reach, resulting in a natural progression from novice to master. Nonetheless, learning master spells will remain a real challenge for even high level mages, requiring thought and preparation.

Here's a video showing the mod in action. First a low level warrior fails to learn a novice destruction spell, then a low mage tries the same but succeeds because of their perks and gear. Finally, the same mage tries to learn an apprentice alteration spell but fails.

How it works
When you read a spell book for the first time, a menu opens asking you if you want to try to learn the spell. If you select "yes" your inventory will close and your character will start the learning ritual (complete with pretty animations and visual effects). During the ritual you are unable to control your character and their magicka will drain at a rate proportional to the cost of the spell. After 10 seconds, if your character has any magicka remaining they will acquire the spell and regain their lost magicka. However, if they have run out of magicka they will be struck down and suffer mental exhaustion, a disease that reduces total magicka and greatly reduces magicka regeneration rate.

The rate at which magicka is lost during the ritual is given by the square root of the cost of the spell multiplied by a value that can be adjusted in the MCM (by default it is 2.5). The square root is used because spell costs increase dramatically and I wanted to ensure that basic spells are just about learnable for new characters, while master spells remain possible to learn, but only for highly skilled mages.

Magicka loss during the ritual is proportional to the amount of magicka it would cost your character to cast the spell, not the spell's base cost. So if you have perks that reduce the cost of the spell you are trying to learn, they will similarly reduce the rate of magicka loss during the ritual. The magicka drain can also be resisted by resist magic potions or enchantments. Accordingly, to learn a master spell you will want to have taken any perks that reduce the cost of the spell, wear special gear to further reduce the cost or increase your character's magic resistance, drink a restore magicka potion prior to starting the ritual and have invested in your total magicka pool when leveling up.

After the ritual you keep the spell tome. So if you failed you can try again when your character is better prepared. If you succeeded, reading the spell tome again will cause you to forget the spell, which is useful for de-cluttering you spell inventory (this doesn't work for flames or healing which are baked into your character).

Configuration
The MCM allows you to change the rate at which your character loses magicka while performing the spell learning ritual. By default it is 2.5. Higher values will make spell learning harder, lower values will make it easier.

InstallationRequirements
SKSE - the ability to set the rate of magicka loss during the ritual as a function of the cost of the spell you are trying to learn relies on new functions added by SKSE.
SkyUI - only needed if you want to change the rate of magicka loss during the spell learning ritual.

Installation
This mod comes with an xEdit script to automatically patch it for any other mods in your load order. This means that spell tomes added by other mods will automatically be affected by Challenging Spell Learning. It also automatically resolves conflicts between Challenging Spell Learning and other mods that edit spell tomes, like Book Covers Skyrim. To install Challenging Spell Learning and make the patch follow these instructions:

1. Install any other mods you want to use and resolve any conflicts between them.
2. Install CSL - install both the main esp and the xedit script. Make sure the esp is placed at the bottom of your load order.
3. Install TES5Edit.
4. Move the file "CSL_Patch_Update.pas" from wherever you installed CSL to the Edit Scripts directory inside wherever you installed TES5Edit.
5. Run TES5Edit, and make sure to load all esps in your load order.
6. Once TES5Edit is loaded, right click on "challenging_spell_learning.esp" (it should be at the very bottom) and select "apply script".
7. From the drop down menu choose "CSL_Patch_Update.pas" and then click OK
8. It will take a few seconds and a lot of stuff might be printed out, once its finished exit TES5Edit remembering to save changes to the Challenging Spell Learning esp when prompted.

Notes:
- I suggest placing CSL at the bottom of your load order, but strictly speaking it only needs to be below any mods that add or edit spell tomes.
- Installing on an existing save can cause stability issues, and so new games are recommended. To minimize these problems on existing saves, I suggest removing all spell tomes from your inventory prior to installing, you may also want to wait for merchant inventories to reset before trading with them again.

Performance impact
None

Compatibility
Thanks to the patcher, I believe that Challenging Spell Learning is compatible with everything.

Synergistic ModsChallenging Spell Learning is basically a standalone mod. However, mods that change restore magicka potions to act over time (e.g. CACO) will help you pass the spell learning trials. Vanilla potions cannot help you because they act instantaneously and once you start the ritual you are locked out of your inventory.

Future PlansAdding a zedit patcher (thanks to IriFlina); improving the xEdit script's ability to auto add spell descriptions to book contents; adding new features and animations to the ritual.

Acknowledgements
A huge thank you to cdcooley who provided me with the xedit script. Thanks also to several users who provided patches before the script was available: agentw, Rokendov, FetorMortem, and Nyrhi. Finally, thanks to everyone who contributes to the creation kit wiki and nexus forums. It took a lot of googling to get the animations working the way I wanted.
