This is my take on Villa Syagrio, my aim was to create a place for a retired Dragonborn, somewhat inspired by The WItcher's Estate in Beauclair.
It was created for my character and to my taste so it is definitely not for "everybody".I uploaded as many pictures as I could to give you a "feel" of what is inside.
This mod (hopefully) does not change or do anything else apart of being a visual improvement of Syagrio Villa.

Areas upgraded:
-Study with alchemy and enchanting tables + storage
-Master bedroom + guest and followers bedrooms
-Harem/Entertainment Room
-Dining room for 6
-Kitchen
-Garden (Peristyle)
-Baths
-Beach house + beach bar.
-Boat repair dock (immersion only)
Installation:
1.Empty the Villa of ALL your belongings
2.Collect your followers and make them follow you.
3.Leave the place, just go somewhere else on the Island.
4.Save.Quit.Install BSA and ESP in to your data folder.
5.Use LOOT or manually move the esp file lower than the maslea.esm/esp.
6.Start & Load
NOTE!!
This mod weights 7 Fucktonnes of new meshes and textures and may be RAM unfriendly.If you are getting frequent crashes or performance issues inside the vanilla villa do not bother with this!
No SSE version considered.
