Thalmors drop Vampire Dust

- Upon death, most Thalmors will drop vampire dust, as if they were some kind of vampires masquerading as Elves.
- They also have a slim chance (5%) to drop either a ring of minor illusion or 3 flawless amethysts.
- Some unique Thalmors are tweaked : Elenwen, Ondolemar, Ancano, Rulindil, Valmir, Estormo and Ancarion.
