DESCRIPTION
There have been a lot of reports floating around out there regarding issues with the latest version of RDO, including CTD among them. The full version gives out more than it lets on as well. I was going to drop the mod because of this, but simply could not do without it.
So I took out its MCM and scripts, its added NPCs and followers including Terik in Breezehome, and an array of other records that adds more to your game than just the much needed changes to the NPCs' dialogue. Some were worrying single record magic effects, combat styles and the invisibility eye mesh fix and its included scripts; this has become redundant in 2019.
So if you are anything like I am and prefer to go as lightweight as possible on your load order, this may be something you can try out. Think of it as 'RDO Lite'.
What you still get from this version (based on personal experience) - I see many, if not all, of the new lines of dialogue cloudedtruth added to the NPCs of Skyrim. Lovers will still say things like, "Hello love", You'll be greeted in a different manner based on your relationship rank with the NPCs and they will still be able to tap into all of the new changes and additions to their topics overall. This, to me, was the most important aspect of RDO, and it's still going to be there.

CONFLICTS, COMPATIBILITY, LOAD ORDER
Any mod that made changes to the added followers and NPCs from RDO won't be compatible as I have removed their records from the plugin. Mods that make changes to vanilla dialogue topics, quests and so on may or may not conflict.
This was originally built for personal use so I have no idea what's out there making changes. Follow the same load order convention for the original RDO and popular mods. I have this plugin placed after:
Alternate Start
Immersive Citizens
LOOT should take care of it for you.
If you are comfortable in xEdit, then go in and filter it up in your own load order; see what's what.

I've been testing this version of RDO in-game merged along with a few other dialogue plugins more recently uploaded to the Nexus - I think they make a nice addition as well.

cloudedtruth's obligatory RDO for Skyrim LE, the xEdit team, and Mator's Merge Plugins utility for making this at all possible.
